Birthday Party Tips
Please call Sun Valley Lanes at (402)-475-3469
with questions about a birthday party package. The best time to call Sun Valley
concerning birthday party reservations is between 11am and 4pm on weekdays.
Any changes to your party, especially changes in food
or the number of children, should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
The birthday party deposit may be mailed by check, phoned by credit card, or
delivered personally, whatever is most convenient for you. In order to hold your
reservation, we must receive your deposit at least two business days prior to the party
date. If you need to cancel your party for some reason, please call us as soon as
possible so that your deposit may be refunded.
More helpful hints;
1. You will receive a form to list names, shoe sizes, and the flavor of
beverage you prefer. Please remember to fill out this form before you arrive.
2. You may bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, and/or ice cream (we have a
freezer), but no other food or beverage is allowed at the lanes. Additional food or
beverages may be purchased on site.
3. If you are providing grab bags or prizes, please distribute when the
children are leaving the party. (PLEASE NO NOISEMAKERS OR SILLY STRING!)
4. It is helpful to arrive 10-15 minutes before our scheduled party time, just
to get organized. We try to start the parties on time, because often another party or
group is scheduled to follow yours. We allow 30 minutes of non-bowling time to open
gifts and eat food.
